...WE GOT TO KNOW ABOUT THE DIVERSITY OF OUR LATINO CUSTOMERS?

Latinos are not all the same and that is what makes it interesting and
challenging for public libraries to serve their Latino customers. In this
session you will learn that the Hispanic population is diverse, with varied
traditions, beliefs, and life experiences. They eat different foods, cheer for different sports, and listen to different music depending on their home country... some don't even speak Spanish. So join us for not quite a fiesta, but a charla about Latinos and their commonalities and differences. Though I can't promise you empanadas or pupusas you will at least learn more about the people who make them.
